# Product Engineering

> Twistag designs, builds and runs AI-native products and agentic platforms: web, mobile, APIs and the operation centres around them. Since 2016.

AI-native products and the platforms that run them. Twistag designs, builds and runs them with one senior team, from the first sprint to the last release.

- 80+products shipped for start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises.

- 10+ yrs designing and engineering digital products.

- 4.9 Clutch rating across every reviewed engagement.

- 100%of code and design files owned by the client.

Ten years, the same engineering bar. Twistag has shipped more than fifty products with senior people on every team and one owner for design, code and operation, so what launches keeps improving after release.

## What Twistag builds

### Three parts of one working system. Most engagements combine all three.

### From concept to a product people use.

New AI-native products and features, scoped around one measurable outcome and tested with real users before the full build.

### Web, mobile and APIs built to last.

Full-stack products and internal tools, designed and engineered by the same senior team, on an architecture that stays easy to change.

### The place where people run their agents.

Agents need a place where people review, approve and correct their work. Twistag builds the orchestration layer and the operation centre around it.

## Find the product worth building first.

Pick an industry and the teams to support. The list shows products and internal tools companies like it are building, and what each one changes for the business.

## Senior people, one bar for quality.

Every product is built by a senior team that designs, engineers and runs what it ships. Tests, reviews and documentation are part of the work from the first sprint.

- Senior teams Designers and engineers with years of shipped products behind them.

- Design and code in sync One design system shared between Figma and the codebase.

- Automated tests Unit, integration and end-to-end tests on every change.

- Accessible by default WCAG 2.2 AA as the standard for every interface.

- Performance budgets Speed targets checked before every release.

- ISO 27001 practice Delivery follows ISO 27001 controls, with evidence ready for audits and procurement.

## Every product earns its next release.

Discovery and prototyping are small and fixed in time. The full build starts once real users have backed the idea.

- 01 Discover Users, jobs to be done and the number the product must move, agreed with leadership.2–4 weeks

- 02 Prototype and test A clickable prototype in front of real users within days, refined until the evidence says build.2–4 weeks

- 03 Build and launch The first release in real users’ hands, measured against that number.8–12 weeks

- 04 Grow and hand over Releases every sprint from real usage, then the code, design system and know-how handed over.Ongoing

### Three ways to bring Twistag into a product that is already planned.

#### Fixed-scope project

Best forTeams with a clear spec, a budget and a launch date: an MVP, app or platform, built and handed over.

#### Forward Deployed Engineering

Best forAn approved product roadmap that needs senior engineers who think like operators, inside the company’s own teams.

#### Partners and portfolios

Best forCompanies that build AI, data and product with Twistag: tech companies, consulting and PE firms.

## Products already in customers’ hands.

Recent Product Engineering work, measured the way each client’s leadership measures it.

## Proven tools, chosen for the long run.

Each product uses a stack the client’s team can hire for and maintain, on the cloud it already runs.

## About Product Engineering.

What does a product build cost?

Cost follows scope: the platforms involved, the integrations, how much design and research is needed and how long the team stays. Discovery takes two to four weeks; a first release usually follows within a few months. A proposal arrives within a week of the first call, with scope, milestones, team and cost.

How soon can work start?

A thirty-minute call, a written proposal within a week, and a discovery sprint of two to four weeks that confirms scope before full delivery starts.

Who owns what is built?

The client owns everything: source code, design files, infrastructure as code, prompts, models and documentation, handed over in full with training for the team.

Does the company need an AI strategy or a data platform first?

No. Twistag works with companies at any stage. Where the data is not ready, data modelling comes first and is scoped as part of the plan.

How does Twistag work with the internal team?

Inside the client’s own repositories, CI, cloud accounts and environments. Twistag can deliver the whole product or join existing squads.

Can the internal team run the product afterwards?

Yes. Build, train and transfer is one of Twistag’s operating principles: engineers pair during the build, every system is documented, and handover walkthroughs happen before the engagement ends.

## Product Engineering services.

### AI & Agents

Agents that take on operational work across company systems, with people approving what matters and every decision traced.

### Data & Cloud

Data platforms agents can read: clean, current and connected to the ERP and CRM, on infrastructure the business controls.

## Bring the product idea worth proving first.

Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, and an honest view of what proving it would take.

A senior lead replies within one working day.
