About agent engineering.

What does an agent project cost?

Cost follows scope: the systems involved, the data work, how much human review is needed and how long the team stays. A proposal follows within a week of the first call.

How long until the first agent is live?

Six to twelve weeks from the first workflow to daily use, depending on the systems involved. Work can start two to four weeks after signature.

Which models does Twistag use?

Each step uses the model that passes its tests at the lowest cost: Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Mistral, switched when a better option arrives.

What happens when an agent is unsure?

It stops and passes the case to a person with the evidence attached. Confidence thresholds and approval rules are set with the process owner.

Which processes fit best?

Repetitive, rule-based work with clear exceptions that crosses several systems: order changes, invoice handling, customer requests, onboarding checks.

What happens to the team?

The team moves to the exceptions, approvals and improving the process. Every build includes training and a clear owner for each step.

Who owns what is built?

The client owns everything: source code, infrastructure as code, prompts, models, datasets and documentation, handed over in full.

Can the agents run in the company’s own cloud?

Yes. Twistag works inside the client’s repositories, CI and cloud accounts on AWS or Google Cloud.
