About AI & Agents.

What does an agent project cost?

Cost follows scope: the systems involved, the data work, how much human review is needed and how long the team stays. A discovery sprint takes two to four weeks and a first agent six to twelve. A proposal follows within a week of the first call.

How soon can work start?

A thirty-minute call, a proposal within one week, and a senior team on the first workflow two to four weeks after signature.

Who owns what is built?

The client owns everything: source code, infrastructure as code, prompts, models, datasets and documentation, handed over in full with training for the team.

Does the company need an AI strategy or platform first?

No. Twistag works with companies at any stage. Where the data is not ready, that work comes first and is scoped as part of the plan. The two-minute AI Readiness Check shows where the company stands.

How does Twistag work with the internal team?

Inside the client's own repositories, CI and cloud accounts, with shared stand-ups and one backlog. Team size changes with the work.
