System Integration

Core systems connected into one operation.

Twistag connects the ERP, CRM, commerce and operational systems a company already runs, with validated APIs and events, so data moves once and every team and agent works from the same record.

Railway tracks crossing and diverging at a busy junction
Why integration

Every manual export between two systems is a process waiting to break.

  • 01Spreadsheets carrying data between systems. Someone copies, someone pastes, someone checks.
  • 02The same customer in four places. Each with a different address.
  • 03Agents that cannot reach the system of record. Automation stops at the edge of each tool.
What gets built

Data that moves once, checked on the way.

Every integration has an owner, a contract for the data it carries and an alert when something fails.

  1. 01Integration mapEvery system, flow and owner, with the manual steps marked.
  2. 02API layerClean, documented interfaces in front of each core system.
  3. 03Event streamsChanges published once and read by every system that needs them.
  4. 04Mapping and validationFields matched and checked before anything is written.
  5. 05Monitoring and retriesFailures caught, retried and alerted.
  6. 06DocumentationContracts and runbooks for every flow.

How it runs

Six to twelve weeks, set by the systems to connect.

The highest-value flow goes live first. Each next flow reuses the same layer.

Questions

About system integration.

Which systems can Twistag connect?

ERP, CRM, commerce, warehouse and finance systems, plus internal tools. Where a system has no usable API, a safe interface is built in front of it.

APIs or events?

Both, depending on the flow: APIs for requests that need an answer, events for changes many systems need to know about.

What happens when a sync fails?

It is retried automatically, then alerted to the owner with the record and the reason.

Does it replace the existing systems?

No. Integration connects what is already in place, so teams keep the tools they know.

What does it cost?

Cost follows scope: the systems involved, the number of flows and the state of their interfaces. A proposal follows within a week of the first call.

Who owns what is built?

The client owns everything: source code, infrastructure as code, pipelines, models and documentation, handed over in full with training for the team.
