Warehouse staff walking between high pallet racks

AI agents for logistics and supply chain.

Quotes, exceptions and paperwork handled before they pile up.

Agents and data platforms for logistics and supply chain teams, built into the TMS, WMS and ERP already in place, with people approving what matters.

What is changing
  1. 01Exceptions run the day

Late, damaged and missing loads take more planner time than every load that goes to plan.

  2. 02Rates and capacity move hourly

Spot rates, fuel and carrier capacity shift within the day, while quotes are still built by hand.

  3. 03Paperwork follows every pallet

Bills of lading, customs documents and proof of delivery still arrive as PDFs, emails and photos.

Questions

About AI in logistics.

Which logistics processes should get an agent first?

The ones that repeat every day, follow rules a person can explain and are easy to check. Shipment exceptions, freight invoice matching and document intake are common first choices. The AI Readiness Sprint ranks them for the specific company.

Which systems do the agents connect to?

The ones already in place: TMS, WMS, ERP, carrier portals and tracking feeds, customs and document systems, email and helpdesk. Agents connect through APIs, EDI or exports, so nothing needs replacing to start.

How long until the first agent runs every day?

Six to twelve weeks from scoping, on real data, with people approving each action until the results hold.

How is customer and shipment data protected?

Data stays in the company’s own cloud account, under GDPR for any personal data. Each agent has its own access rights, and every action is logged.

How does the EU AI Act apply to logistics agents?

Each agent gets a risk classification before it goes live, with the controls that class needs. Planning, document and exception agents are usually minimal or limited risk.

Who owns what is built?

The client owns everything: code, prompts, data pipelines and documentation, handed over in full.
